Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qqff ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the qqff website located at qqff.io and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, virtual gaming products, promotional offers, payment processing services, and customer support functions.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the type of device used to access it, the nature of the activities conducted, or the amount wagered. Players under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity. qqff may request age verification documentation at any time and will suspend or close any account where the 21+ requirement cannot be confirmed.

• Single Account: You must not hold an existing active or suspended qqff account. Each individual is entitled to one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited.

Account Registration

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the qqff platform are denominated, processed, and settled exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). qqff does not perform currency conversion, and player account balances are maintained entirely in BDT ৳.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are accepted via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal request can be approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after any applicable bonus deductions.
• Where a deposit bonus has been credited to your account, any associated wagering requirement must be satisfied before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳500.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses offered by qqff include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qqff platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits qqff's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Amendments & Termination

Amendments: qqff reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via a prominent notification on the platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination by You: You may close your qqff account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before account closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be paid to you via your preferred payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

Termination by qqff: qqff may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Your account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• You are found to be under the age of 21.
• qqff is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• Your continued use of the platform is deemed by qqff to present a risk to the platform, to other players, or to the integrity of any game or betting market.

In cases of account closure for cause, qqff reserves the right to withhold any or all funds held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the qqff platform. qqff operates as an international entertainment platform and these Terms are drafted to reflect applicable international standards for online gaming operators.

qqff's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus settlements, or account actions, where made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, is final and binding.
